All participants have been weighed prior to the beginning of research and in 1, 3, 6, 9, 12 months. Also each three months the special method measured density of bones. Except for that scientists on a regular basis took analyses of blood for reception of additional results and the control over a state of health of participants.

Later 1 year the first group has grown thin on the average for 8.2 kg. The group which was engaged in physical activity has grown thin for 6.7 kg. The third group has remained at the weight.

As to density of bones, participants of the first group have lost on the average 2.2 % of density of the skeleton. In two other groups the density of bones has remained former.

The given research once again proves, on for the person physical activity how many is important and it is how much important to follow a healthy way of life.
